Beginning with Duan Ward who, of course, is responsible for generating all the work necessary to have Hartford Insurance okay the project to all the work crew that braved some really bad weather at times to complete the job. Everyone was very courteous, motivated, and took the necessary time to answer every question that we had about the work, and additionally, did everything possible to not interfere with our normal day to day activities.
